By purchasing from this online store, you (the “Buyer”)  acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  • All products listed in our shop are strictly for personal use only and all creators involved have no affiliation with BigHit, HYBE, or any members of BTS. Any and all unauthorized use of this store's products in any way other than personal is subject to legal action.
  • 2! 3! reserves the right to cancel or refund any orders if  Buyer does not follow the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.

DELIVERY:

  • All products in this shop are DIGITAL and PRE-ORDER items. They will not be sent via e-mail until the pre-order period has concluded.
  • All orders will be sent out using the email, [email protected] after the pre-order period has concluded.
  • All delays will be announced via Twitter
  • Buyer is responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to your order.
  • Pillow Drop is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
  • All orders containing multiple bundles will have all products sent together to one e-mail. If you wish for the bundles to be sent to different e-mail addresses, please place separate orders.
